About Me
I know what it feels like to wake up to something bigger, to realize you’re seeing, sensing, and knowing things that others might not understand. When my own spiritual awakening came, it changed everything. I could feel the truth in my bones, but I had no road-map. I was gifted, yes, but I was also overwhelmed, isolated, and quietly searching for someone who could help me make sense of it all.
I didn’t find that person. So I became her.
I dove headfirst into the sacred arts, earning a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Counseling and a Master’s in Metaphysical Science, not just to study spirituality, but to live it, to embody it, and to bridge the mystical with the practical. I learned how to hold space for both the beauty and the intensity of awakening. And now, after years of guiding others through the same terrain, I bring everything I’ve lived, learned, and integrated to the work I do with my clients.
I grew up Catholic, so I understand the complexity of being intuitive or empathic in a world, or a faith tradition, that doesn’t always recognize or support that path. If you've ever felt torn between who you were raised to be and who your soul is calling you to become, I see you. You're not alone.
My work is about helping you come home to yourself. I support spiritually gifted souls, sensitives, visionaries, seekers, through awakening, alignment, and soul-level transformation. Using a blend of energy work, soul readings, hypnotherapy, and grounded spiritual mentoring, I help you make sense of your gifts and learn how to live them out in real time.
This isn’t surface-level work. It’s deep, sacred, and real. I’ve helped hundreds of clients stop doubting their inner voice, start trusting their spiritual instincts, and live in alignment with who they really are.
I’m also a wife, a mother of three beautiful children, and a woman who knows how to hold both the sacred and the messy. Our home is full of laughter, energy shifts, bedtime rituals, and dogs underfoot. I don’t just talk about alignment, I live it.
