Meditation Group
A weekly mediation circle is a great space to explore the practice of meditation for both new and experienced meditators. It’s a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for those who are just beginning to learn the practice of meditation and for those who have been meditating for a while. Each week, the circle begins with a brief introduction and explanation of meditation, followed by a guided meditation practice. There is then time for the group to share experiences and reflections. The circle closes with a final meditation and a period of discussion and inquiry. All are welcome to the weekly mediation circle, regardless of experience level, and it is a great way to learn, practice, and deepen your meditation practice.
